About the Webinar

NJSWEP is pleased to present a technical webinar on the technology of in-situ remediation. This presentation will provide an overview of chemical remedial technologies, the strengths and limitations, lessons learned, and future planning. It is geared toward new professionals in the industry and those who are involved with site investigation and remediation. Following the presentation, the webinar will open for questions and answers. This educational webinar is free for NJSWEP members.

Stephanie Turkot

Stephanie is an environmental scientist with more than 15 years of experience in site investigation and remediation, including design and implementation of chemical remediation technologies and extensive environmental consulting. She is also a co-organizer of the NJSWEP/LSRPA Golf Networking Event and an active leader in several New Jersey professional organizations.

Katelynn Shields

Katelynn Shields, LSRP

Consultant at Integral Consulting, Inc.

Ms. Katelynn Shields is a scientist with 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry on both state- and federal-led projects. Her primary focus is on soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water investigations and remediation in New Jersey and other states, as well as litigation support. Ms. Shields' responsibilities encompass conducting remedial investigations and actions, writing technical reports, providing litigation support, reviewing historical documents, conducting due diligence reviews, and designing fieldwork mobilizations, which include sampling (soil, groundwater, surface water, vapor, concrete) and contractor oversight.
