About the Event
The Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE) and NJSWEP present their keystone event, the NJDEP Regulatory Update, held at the NJDEP Public Hearing Room in Trenton. Originally scheduled earlier in the year, this event has been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) implements regulations and policies that frequently evolve as priorities change. This one-day workshop keeps attendees informed about the NJDEP's priorities and plans, as well as the status of existing programs, updates, and proposed legislative changes that are key to NJDEP programs.
NJDEP Assistant Commissioners from all programs will be present, including Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment (CSRR), Sustainable Waste Management, Watershed and Land Management, Air, Energy, and Materials Sustainability, Water Resources Management, and Community Investment and Economic Revitalization Projects and Funding Opportunities.
